Our school-age programs include before- and after-school care, transportation services, back-up care for school closing days, and summer day camp. We provide school-age children with the opportunity to live, learn and socialize in a relaxed setting outside of school.
We offer a wealth of enrichment activities that engage the interests of school-age children. You may find school-age children creating a magazine or a video, playing chess or shooting hoops, tutoring each other or making new friends. Administrators and staff are there alongside, facilitating, guiding and understanding that learning does not have to take on the tone and texture of a school day but rather be filled with fun.
Being kind and empathetic, and playing fairly are all things that make up character—and we think it’s important to focus on them.
Example Activity: “What Would You Do?” encourages children to question what is right and wrong in a certain situation. In this activity, children have discussions about ethical dilemmas, which teaches them how to develop positive values like honesty, fairness, and kindness, all while expressing their opinions in their own unique way.
This is a year-round program provides after school care during the school year and full day care during the winter, spring and summer breaks.
